In an exchange filing dated March 25, HDB Financial Services said a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 15 to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31.
The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend on the equity shares of the company, if any, for FY26, including the fixation of a record date for the same.

HDB Financial Services Q3 Results
HDB Financial Services reported a 12.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in total revenue from operations to Rs 4,673.5 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 4,143.6 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit grew 36.3% YoY to Rs 643.9 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 472.3 crore in the same period in the previous financial year.
