Five Stocks To Buy — Cummins India, IIFL, Tata Consumers Among Others

Market experts have identified five stocks for investors to consider buying this Tuesday. Aditya Agarwala, head of research and investments at Invest4edu; Nilesh Jain, head VP of technical and derivatives research at Centrum Broking Ltd. and Akshay P Bhagwat, senior VP at JM Financial, have recommended Cummins India Ltd., IIFL Finance Ltd., Petronet LNG, Tata Consumers Ltd. and Varun Beverages Ltd.

Aditya Agarwala recommended IIFL with a target of Rs 520 and a stop loss of Rs 455. All six analysts tracking the company maintain a 'buy' rating, according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 7%.

He also suggests Petronet LNG Ltd. with a target of Rs 330 and a stop loss of Rs 295. Out of 35 analysts tracking the company, 14 maintain a 'buy' rating, 10 recommend a 'hold' and 11 suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 6.8%.

Nilesh Jain has recommended Cummins India Ltd., with a target price of Rs 3,540 and a stop loss of Rs 3,365. Out of 27 analysts tracking the company, 17 maintain a 'buy' rating, four recommend a 'hold' and six suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 1%.

Additionally, he suggests buying Tata Consumers with a target of Rs 1,151 and a stop loss of Rs 1,085. Out of 29 analysts tracking the company, 20 maintain a 'buy' rating, seven recommend a 'hold' and two suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 12%.

Akshay Bhagwat suggests buying Varun Beverages at a target price of Rs 479-487 with a stop loss at Rs 452. Out of 29 analysts tracking the company, 27 maintain a 'buy' rating, and two recommend a 'hold', according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies an upside of 33.8%.
