Buzzing China Stocks Have People Searching Online for ‘Bull Market'

(Bloomberg) -- The rally by Chinese stocks that has pushed the small-cap ChiNext Index into a bull market has gotten the attention of the country's internet users. A measure of how frequently people are searching for the term “bull market,” on both computers and mobile phones, has risen to the highest since 2015, according to data compiled by Bloomberg from Beijing-based search engine company Baidu Inc. That's the same year a bubble in the booming China stock market burst, erasing $5 trillion in value.
