Ashok Leyland Declares Second Interim Dividend Of Rs 4.25 Per Share
The total amount to be disbursed as dividend is Rs 1,248 crore.

Ashok Leyland Ltd. recommended a final dividend of Rs 4.25 per share with a face value of Re 1 each for financial year 2025, according to an exchange filing on Friday.
The second interim dividend will be paid on or before June 14. The record date for the same is to be May 22.
The total amount to be disbursed as dividend is Rs 1,248 crore. Retail investors who own up to 9.56% stake will receive a sum total of up to Rs 118 crore.
The company will announce its fourth quarter results for the fiscal ended March 2025 on May 23.
Ashok Leyland's stock closed 0.85% lower at Rs 237.33 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.17% decline in the benchmark Nifty. The share price has risen 14.85% in the last 12 months and 7.63% on a year-to-date basis.
Thirty-six out of the 44 analysts tracking the company have a 'buy' rating on the stock, four recommend 'hold' and as many suggest 'sell', according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' target price on the stock is Rs 253.03, implying an upside of 6.6%.
