The IPO by the South India-focused home financier was subscribed 0.37 times on its second day. The company is looking to raise up to Rs 2,780 crore from the primary market.
The IPO includes a fresh issue worth up to Rs 500 crore and an offer-for-sale of 6.46 crore shares, according to its IPO prospectus. The company intends to use the proceeds to strengthen its capital base.
