Adani Total Gas Ltd. is scheduled to announce its results for the fourth quarter and full financial year 2024-25 on Monday.
The gas distribution arm of the Adani Group is headquartered in Gujarat's Ahmedabad. The company is engaged in the selling and distribution of piped natural gas to industrial, commercial and residential (domestic) users. It also deals in Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) for the transport sector.
Adani Total Gas Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
The company will release its financial report for the January-March quarter and FY25 on April 28.
"We would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the financial year 2024-25," the company informed the stock exchanges on April 21.
Adani Total Gas Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window to deal with the company's securities will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for designated persons such as promoters, directors and their relatives, among others.

The company will hold an earnings call with analysts and investors on April 29.
"We hereby inform that the Company will hold a Post Results Conference Call on April 29, 2025, with investors to discuss the financial performance of the company," Adani Total Gas said.

Adani Total Gas Ltd. saw its revenue rise for the quarter ended December amid higher gas costs in a volatile regulatory environment.
The Adani-Group-owned natural gas distributor reported a 6.25% rise in its topline on sequential basis at Rs 1,294.5 crore.

Revenue up 6.25% at Rs 1,294.46 crore versus Rs 1,218.65 crore.
Ebitda down 13.43% at Rs 264.72 crore versus Rs 305.77 crore.
Margin contracted 464 bps to 20.45% versus 25.09%.
Net profit down 23.28% at Rs 142.38 crore versus Rs 185.6 crore.

Adani Total Gas shares closed at Rs 604.65 apiece, down 3%, on the NSE on Friday, compared to a 0.86% drop in the benchmark Nifty at 24,039.35.
