Adani Group Companies Add Nearly Rs 27,000 Crore To Investors' Wealth As Most Stocks Rise

Adani Group companies' stocks added nearly 27,000 crore to investors wealth as most stocks advanced in trade on Thursday morning. The market cap of Adani Group companies rose Rs 26,894.46 crore to Rs 13.55 lakh crore as of 11:04 a.m.
On Monday, Nomura said that stocks of Adani companies are the most attractive compared to other Indian corporates. Nomura also said that the Gautam Adani–led conglomerate will withstand the recent turmoil caused by the US Department of Justice indictment because its liquidity management improved.
Adani Green Energy Ltd. and Adani Power Ltd. were leading the gains among other stocks. Adani Green Energy Ltd. jumped 7.38% to Rs 1,232.80 apiece, the highest level since Dec 9. It was trading 6.42% higher at Rs 1,221.75 apiece as of 11:08 a.m.
Adani Power Ltd. share price rose as much as 5.11% to Rs 545.80 apiece, the highest level since Dec 6. It was trading 4.36% higher at Rs 541.90 apiece as of 11:09 a.m.
So far today, Adani Total Gas Ltd. was the third top gainer. It rose 4.67% to Rs 751.00 apiece, the highest level since Dec 6. It was trading 3.78% higher at Rs 744.65 apiece as of 11:09 a.m.
Ambuja Cements Ltd. was the top loser among peers. It declined as much as 1.43% to Rs 570.20 apiece so far today. It was trading 0.69% down at Rs 574.45 as of 11:10 a.m.
Adani Enterprises Ltd. and Adani Ports And Special Economic Zone Ltd. share prices were top gainers to the NSE Nifty 50 index as of 11:12 a.m. The Nifty 50 was trading 0.14% down at 24,609.40 as of 11:13 a.m.
