India's primary market stays active mid-way through December, with 10 public issues scheduled to open for subscription this week, along with the listing of a number of companies including Vishal Mega Mart Ltd., Sai Life Sciences Ltd. and One MobiKwik Systems Ltd.
Transrail Lighting Ltd., Sanathan Textiles Ltd., Mamata Machinery Ltd., Concord Enviro Systems Ltd. and DAM Capital Advisors Ltd. will launch their IPOs for subscription on Dec. 19 in the mainboard space, while the maiden public offer of Ventive Hospitality Ltd. and Senores Pharmaceuticals Ltd. will begin on Dec. 20.
Transrail Lighting IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore and offer for sale of 1.02 crore shares.
On the other hand, Mamata Machinery aims to raise Rs 179.4 crore and is entirely an offer for sale of 0.74 crore shares.
Blackstone-backed Ventive Hospitality is looking to raise Rs 1,600 crore through fresh issue.
The IPOs of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd. and International Gemmological Institute (India) Ltd. will continue this week.
The subscription for Identical Brains Studios Ltd. in the small and medium enterprise segment will begin on Dec. 18 and for NACDAC Infrastructure Ltd. will kick off on Dec. 17. The companies will look to raise Rs 19.95 crore and Rs 10 crore, respectively.
On Dec. 19, the Rs 41.76-crore IPO of New Malayalam Steel Ltd. will open for subscription.
New Listings
The week will also see 12 companies debuting on the exchanges with five in the mainboard space.
While Vishal Mega Mart Ltd. will get listed on December 17 on the BSE and NSE, Sai Life Sciences Ltd. and One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. will start trading on Dec. 18.
Inventurus Knowledge Solutions will list on Dec. 18 and International Gemmological Institute on Dec. 20.
Seven SME IPOs will also start trading this week.
Dhanlaxmi Crop Science Ltd. will list its shares on the NSE on Dec. 16, followed by Jungle Camps India Ltd. and Toss The Coin Ltd. on Dec. 17 on the BSE SME platform.
Supreme Facility Management Ltd. and Purple United Sales Ltd. (Dec. 18), Yash Highvoltage Ltd. (Dec. 19) and and Hamps Bio Ltd. (Dec. 20) will be the other companies to debut in the SME segment during the week.
Moreover, SEBI has granted its approval to IPOs of Rosmerta Digital Services Ltd., Avanse Financial Services Ltd., Indo Farm Equipment Ltd., and DAM Capital Advisors Ltd.
