Police registered a case against Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke and another party worker for allegedly entering a Zilla Parishad school in Ausa city of Maharashtra's Latur district's without permission and obstructing official duties, as per an NDTV report on Saturday.
According to police sources, the case stems from Dipke's visit to Latur on August 20. He is alleged to have entered the school premises without obtaining prior permission and to have disrupted the work of government officials and staff present at the time. Following a complaint from the concerned authorities, the Ausa police station formally registered a case against both men.

Police sources said Dipke had carried out a surprise inspection of the Zilla Parishad school in Ausa a few days earlier, with the stated aim of assessing conditions and facilities at the institution. During the visit, he reportedly raised sharp questions over the poor state of cleanliness, toilets, drinking water and other basic amenities at the school, and directly questioned the headmaster over the lapses, seeking an explanation.

However, school administration and the officials concerned have alleged that neither Dipke nor his supporters sought valid permission from any relevant authority before carrying out the inspection and questioning. The complaint states that this unauthorised visit and conduct disrupted the school's daily functioning as well as the work of government officials present, forming the basis on which Ausa police registered the case.
