The provisional average voting number for women was seen at 71.6% while 62.8% of males voted in Bihar.
Voter turnout for the second phase of Bihar elections stood at 68.76%, as per provisional data shared by ECI. While the average turnout for both phases was seen at 66.91%.
Voting has come to a close in the state of Bihar and it has recorded the highest-ever turnout at 68.6%.

Bihar's voter turnout for the second and final phase of the 2025 legislative assembly elections stood at 67.14% as of 5 p.m. exceeding phase one turnout of 60.18% recorded at the same time.

The phase 2 voter turnout in Bihar has crossed 60.40%. In the first phase the voter turnout was the highest-ever in 75 years.

In the second phase of the Bihar Legislative Assembly General Elections 2025, held on November 11, the voter turnout across districts till 9:00 a.m. stood at 14.55%.
Among the districts, Gaya recorded the highest turnout at 15.97%, followed closely by Kishanganj (15.81%), Jamui (15.77%), and Aurangabad (15.43%). Other districts with notable participation include Araria (15.34%), Banka (15.14%), and Kaimur (15.08%).
Paschim Champaran reported 15.04%, while Purnia stood at 15.54%. Districts like Purvi Champaran (14.11%), Rohtas (14.16%), and Arwal (14.95%) showed moderate turnout, whereas Sitamarhi (13.49%), Madhubani (13.25%), and Nawada (13.46%) recorded relatively lower figures. Overall, voting is progressing steadily across all constituencies in this phase.
A total of 14.55% of the 3.7 crore voters exercised their franchise in the first two hours of voting in the second phase of assembly elections in Bihar on Tuesday.
