Indian Oil Cuts Retail Fuel Prices, Ups Jet Fuel Rates

Shares of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. climbed as much as 1.8 percent, after it cut diesel price by Rs 0.49 per litre, and diesel price by Rs 0.89 per litre.

  • Petrol will cost Rs 64.76 a litre in Delhi.
  • Diesel will now cost Rs 54.7 per litre in Delhi.
The current level of international product prices of petrol and diesel, and INR-USD exchange rate warrant a decrease in the selling prices of both Petrol and Diesel.

Indian Oil raised Jet fuel prices in Delhi by 5.5 percent. Jet fuel price for domestic carriers is now Rs 49,287.18 per kilo litre, according to the company’s announcement on its website.
