India's active case load continued to decline as fresh Covid-19 cases in the country stayed below 15,000 for the third day in a row.
As many as 13,451 people tested positive for the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry's update as of 8 a.m. on Oct. 27. That compares with 14,021 recoveries during the same period.
At 1.62 lakh, active cases are at their lowest since Feb. 27 and accounts for only 0.48% of the country's total tally.
