(Bloomberg View) -- This week on Masters in Business I sit down with two of the busiest bankers in the business: Chris Ventresca, global co-head of mergers and acquisitions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Elizabeth Myers, the bank's global head of equity capital markets.
We discuss how the change in regulation is affecting M&As and IPOs since the financial crisis. Perhaps most interesting is the insight these two bank insiders offered into what it's like to manage a big corporate deal -- from how they staff up to the lawyers, accountants, analysts, traders and corporate executives who get involved. It is a very inside-baseball look at the inner workings of investment banking.
