Sachin Bansal Resigns As Chief Executive Officer Of Navi Technologies

Sachin Bansal has resigned from his post of chief executive officer of Navi Technologies Ltd. He will continue to serve as the executive chairman of the Navi Group.
The company has appointed Rajiv Naresh and Abhishek Dwivedi as the chief executive officer of Navi Technologies and Navi Finserv respectively, according to a press release.
Rajiv and Abhishek are members of the of the founding team of the firm and held multiple leadership roles within the Navi Group over the past six years.
“This restructuring is a strategic milestone that enables us to sharpen our focus on long-term growth," according to Sachin Bansal.
"Both Rajiv and Abhishek have played key roles in our growth, and I am confident that we will continue on this upward trajectory as they assume their new roles," he added.
The restructuring, including leadership changes, is a strategy to expand operations and focus on long-term growth. Sachin will concentrate on Navi's long-term goals, explore new opportunities, lead fund-raising and mergers, and improve compliance and risk management, the filings said.
All the lending businesses of Navi Group will be led by Abhishek while the non-lending businesses will be headed by Rajiv after the implementation of the proposed changes.
