Reliance Industries Completes IMG Reliance Acquisition; Stock Edges Lower

Reliance Industries has completed acquiring the equity shares of IMG Reliance (IMG-R) from IMG Singapore, Reliance Industries said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
