Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has said India needs to invest 10-11% of GDP in infrastructure in order to give a fillip to economic growth.
Kolkata: Indian Railways will invest $140 billion over the next five years in infrastructure and improving the mobility of its services, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu said here on Thursday.
