Prabhat Diary Ltd. expects to double its consumer business by financial year 2019-20 as lower milk prices in the season continue to boost the segment, its Joint Managing Director Vivek Nirmal told BloombergQuint in an interview.
The company posted an 18 percent growth in revenue in the July-September quarter as it increased value-added products in its consumer business. The dairy company's consumer business currently stands at Rs 400-500 crore, he said.
