(Bloomberg) -- NJ Transit rail and light rail service will return to its full weekday schedule on July 6, Governor Phil Murphy said on Wednesday.
Murphy also said that the virus transmission rate yesterday was 0.86, up from 0.81 the day before and 0.70 on June 15.
