Kwality Plans To Become More Customer-Centric; Sees 70% Percent Revenue From B2C

Dairy products manufacturer Kwality Ltd. plans to shift towards becoming a customer-centric company and expects about 70 percent of its revenue from its business-to-consumer segment.

The ice-cream maker's business in the B2C segment grew 33 percent, while that in the business-to-business division fell 3.5 percent, its President and Business Transformation Head Nawal Sharma told BloombergQuint in an interview.

Besides, the company sees its operating income growing around 9.5 percent by 2020 as compared to the current levels of 7.2 percent, Sharma said.
