New Delhi: Kridhan Infra on Wednesday said its subsidiary KH Foges Pte has won a contract worth Rs 247 crore in Singapore for building a flyover.
"Kridhan Infra Ltd, through its subsidiary, KH Foges Pte, has won orders amounting to SG$ 50.8 million (over Rs 247 crore) in Singapore for EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) works and foundation engineering," the company said in a statement.
KH Foges is the second largest foundation engineering company in Singapore.
"The order includes entire EPC work for a new flyover including construction of viaduct and underpass for the value of Rs 226 crore for the government of Singapore," he said.
The company said the EPC order marks a significant milestone for Kridhan as the company has moved up the value chain from doing foundation engineering projects to complex and larger EPC projects in infrastructure division.
It said the project marks Kridhan's entry into a completely new segment in Singapore and further expand its scope of work.
With this order, the total consolidated order book now stands at Rs 665 crore.
"This is a very prestigious order win for us and represents the largest order for the company," Kridhan Infra managing director Anil Agrawal said.
He added that Singapore is a key market for the company and the contract will consolidate its position in the country.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Kridhan Infra is one of the companies which introduced the concept of ready to use steel for construction industry in the country.
