Jubilant Foodworks Q4 net jumps 52% at Rs 29 crore

Jubilant Foodworks, the company that sells Domino's Pizza, continues to deliver strong growth. The company has reported a 45.8 per cent rise in sales, while net profit jumped 51.8 per cent in the March quarter.

Fourth quarter sales stood at Rs 283 crore against Rs 194 crore year-on-year while net profit rose to Rs 29.3 crore against Rs 19.3 crore (YoY).

A poll conducted by NDTV Profit had seen sales rising to Rs 289 crore and profits at Rs 29.5 crore.
The company exceeded estimates on the margin front too. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation grew at 18.4 per cent against 17.2 per cent (YoY). Analysts had expected margins to rise by 10 basis points at 17.8 per cent.

However, shares of the company traded 2.20 per cent lower at Rs 1,047.10 on the BSE at 2.30 pm. The Sensex was flat, down 0.12 per cent at 16,461.
