Indiareit Fund Advisors, the real estate private equity arm of Piramal Enterprises, said on Wednesday that it has raised Rs 1000 crore from investors within the country.
The domestic fund targets investments which will provide structured returns.
The fund would invest in property assets in the top metro cities in the country, it said.
The property fund manages about Rs 4,343 crore across five earlier funds and two third party mandates.
As on 2:46 p.m., shares in Piramal Enterprises were trading at Rs 552.95 apiece on the BSE, down 0.35 per cent from the previous close.
