Hurun India List 2025: HCL's Roshni Nadar Tops Next-Generation Women's Leaders List
The Top Generation Women Leaders highlights ten legacy makers and next-generation leaders shaping India’s corporate landscape, commanding over Rs 12 lakh crore in company valuation.

Roshni Nadar Malhotra, chairperson of HCLTech Ltd. not only ranked on top of Hurun's next generation women's leaders list but also made her way among the top 10 wealthiest women in the world.
Nadar, 43, spearheads HCLTech, which is valued at Rs 4.78 lakh crore. HCLTech operates in 60 countries with a revenue of INR 1.11 lakh crore.

Roshni was followed by Priya Agarwal Hebbar, 35, who serves as the Chairperson of Hindustan Zinc, valued at Rs 1.97 lakh crore. She concentrates on Hindustan Zinc’s commitment to cost optimisation, operational excellence, and business expansion.
Bagging the third place was Nisaba Godrej, the Executive Chairperson of Godrej Consumer Products, 46. She is accredited with having modernised the company, valued at Rs 1.19 lakh crore, by expanding sustainable product lines and digitising operations.
Second-generation leaders, including Preetha Reddy, Shobana Kamineni, Suneeta Reddy, and Sangita Reddy from Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, a company valued at Rs 97,600 crore, occupied the fourth place. The company operates a network of 73 hospitals with a combined capacity exceeding 10,000 beds.
They were followed by Vinita Gupta, the CEO of Lupin, aged 56. She has strengthened Lupin, valued at Rs 97,300 crore. She played a key role in establishing Lupin’s presence in the U.S. and Europe, formulating strategies that transformed it into a global pharmaceutical leader. Under her leadership, Lupin became one of the largest and fastest-growing generic players in the U.S.
In the sixth place, there was Rishma Kaur, 52, the Chairperson of Berger Paints India, a company valued at Rs 54,600 crore.
Meher Pudumjee, 58, the Chairperson of Thermax, valued at Rs 47,300 crore, is a leader in industrial and renewable energy solutions and ranked seventh in the list.
Farah Malik Bhanji, 48, serves as the Managing Director of Metro Brands, valued at Rs 32,800 crore. Under her leadership, Metro Brands expanded its store network, partnered with Clarks, Crocs, and Skechers, and launched its e-commerce platform to enhance digital growth.
Nandini Piramal and Tanya Dubash were ninth and tenth in the list, respectively. Nandini, 44, serves as the chairperson of Piramal Pharma, valued at Rs 32,100 crore, overseeing the company’s strategic direction and performance. Whereas Tanya, 56, is the executive director and chief brand officer of Godrej Industries, valued at Rs 31,300 crore.
