Former Disney India Executive Mihir Rale Joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas
Mihir Rale spent 15 years at Star and Disney India, before resigning in 2024.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas on Monday has appointed Mihir Rale, former General Counsel of Star and Disney India, as Partner and Co-Head of its Digital | TMT practice. He will be based in the Mumbai office.
Rale has over 23 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, legal strategy, corporate governance, regulation and compliance in technology, data, telecommunications and other sectors. He spent 15 years at Star and Disney India, completing his tenure in 2024.
He has worked on key issues involving technology, regulation, competition and intellectual property. Rale graduated from ILS Law College, Pune in 2002. He has served as Co-chair of the FICCI IPR Committee and the CII Digital Media Committee, and has been a member of the FICCI M&E Committee and the CII National Regulatory Committee.
