Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is presenting his government's first full year budget in Parliament. Here are top 10 points from his speech:

1) "Credibility of Indian economy has been re-established. The world is predicting it is India's time to fly."

2) In the last 9 months, our government has taken several steps to energise the Indian economy.

3) We are a round-the-clock, round-the-year government

4) "Investment community had written us off...we have come a long way since then."

5) Economic environment far more positive than in the recent Past.

6) Aiming for a double-digit growth seems feasible very soon.

7) Indians voted for quick change, faster growth, highest level of competency. They wanted a scam, corruption-free government; we have lived up to it.

8) Real GDP growth is expected to be 7.4% making India the fastest growing economy in the world.

9) The three achievements of our government are the success of the Jan Dhan Yojana, Coal Actions and the Swachh Bharat campaign.

10) We have to think in terms of a quantum jump. Incremental changes will not take us anywhere
