(Bloomberg) -- Cable- and satellite-TV customers continue their headlong flight toward streaming services. Bloomberg Intelligence found growing subscriber losses for the major U.S. providers in each of the past four quarters. That sets an ominous stage for this week's earnings reports from companies including Walt Disney Co., Viacom Inc. and Discovery Inc., which are moving into online services themselves but still rely on those providers to get their channels to viewers.
