Bajaj Housing Finance Q3 Business Updates: AUM Grows 26% To Rs 1.08 Lakh Crore

In the October-December period, the AUM grew by approximately Rs 5,730 crore, Bajaj Housing Finance said.

Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd.'s assets under management stood at around Rs 1.08 lakh crore as of Dec. 31, 2024, higher by 26% as against the year-ago period, according to the quarterly update shared by the company on Friday.

The AUM, in comparison, stood at Rs 85,929 crore at the end of the December quarter of the ongoing fiscal.

In the October-December period, Bajaj Housing Finance's AUM "grew by approximately Rs 5,730 crore", the company added.

Bajaj Housing Finance’s loan assets stood at Rs 95,550 crore at the end of the December quarter, the company said. This marked a climb of 30.5% as against Rs 73,197 crore as of Dec. 31, 2023.

The quarterly business update has been shared by Bajaj Housing Finance ahead of the release of the company's financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal.

Shares of Bajaj Finserv fell 0.2% to 126.10 on Thursday to Rs 1,720 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. However, it pared the gains and closed flat at Rs 1,701 per share, as compared to a 0.27% advance in the benchmark Nifty 50 index.
