Bajaj Auto Gains After Signing Agreement To Set Up Factory In Chakan
Shares of leading two- and three-wheeler maker - Bajaj Auto - rose nearly 1.5 per cent on the BSE a day after it signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Maharashtra for setting up a manufacturing facility at Chakan near Pune. Bajaj Auto will invest Rs 650 crore on the proposed manufacturing facility at Chakan, the Pune-based company said in a stock exchange filing.
