Astral Poly Technik Gains On Declaring Record Date For Bonus Issue

Share of plastic pipe maker Astral Poly Technik rose as much as 5.36 per cent to hit an intraday high of Rs 2,331.85 after the company informed exchanges on fixing record date of bonus issue of shares. The company has fixed March 19 as the record date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares in the proportion of one Equity Share of 1 rupee each for every 3 existing equity shares.
