Ashiana Housing Ltd. plans to stick to the middle-income group segment and not divert focus to the affordable housing space like most of its peers.
“Every market segment requires relevant expertise, and we currently do not have the skills required to venture into new avenues,” Vishal Gupta, managing director of the real-estate developer, told BloombergQuint in an interview.
The company is aiming to launch five-six projects in 2018-19 as most of its unsold inventory has cleared, he said.
