(Bloomberg) -- Airbnb Inc. leased 40,000 square feet of office space in Dublin's Grand Canal Dock area, relocating employees working at the Watermarque building to the Reflector building.
The online home-rental company will join other international tenants including Israeli website-building platform Wix.com Ltd. at the Reflector site, according to a statement Saturday from its owner. The recently completed building has 123,000 square feet that has been rented for about 60 euros ($68.44) a square foot, according to the statement.
Grand Canal Dock is also known as “Silicon Docks,” with tenants including Alphabet Inc.'s Google and Facebook Inc.
