Three promoters of DB Corp on Wednesday sold over 54 lakh shares of the media company for an estimated Rs 159.57 crore through open market route.
According to the bulk deal information with the BSE, Sudhir Agarwal sold 19 lakh shares, Girish Agarwal - 18.50 lakh shares, and Pawan Agarwal - 16.59 lakh shares.
DB Corp stock was offloaded at an average price of Rs 295, amounting to the total deal size of about Rs 159.57 crore.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2013, Pawan Agarwal held a 15.35 per cent stake in DB Corp, while Sudhir and Girish Agarwal held 14.55 per cent and 10.19 per cent, respectively.
In a separate transaction, HDFC Infrastructure Fund picked up 10 lakh shares of DB Corp for Rs 29.50 crore.
Shares in DB Corp, on Wednesday, ended at Rs 291.05 apiece on the BSE, down 0.39 per cent from the previous close.
