Hyundai India Sales Up 2.6% In March 2025
Total sales of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. rose 2.6% year-on-year to 67,320 units in March 2025, according to exchange filing on Tuesday. Of these, 51,820 units were sold in India and 15,500 units were exported.
In the fiscal ended March 31, Hyundai India's sales fell 3% year-on-year to 5,98,666 cars as against 6,14,717 units in FY24.
Tata Motors Sales Remains Flat In March 2025

Domestic sales of Tata Motors Ltd. were largely flat at 90,500 units in March 2025, as against 90,822 units in March 2024, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

Maruti Suzuki Sales Up 3.1% In March 2025

Sales of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. rose 3.1% year-on-year to 192,984 units in March 2025, as against 1,87,196 in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

India car sales down 1.3% YoY at 1,50,743 units
Total India sales down 0.8% YoY at 1,60,016 units
Exports up 27.32% YoY at 32,968 units
For the full year, Maruti Suzuki posted its highest ever total sales of 22,34,266 units in FY25. That includes highest ever domestic sales of 17,95,259 units and highest ever exports of 3,32,585 units.
Ashok Leyland Sales Up 6% In March 2025

Total sales of Ashok Leyland Ltd. rose 6% year-on-year to 24,060 units in March 2025, as against 22,736 units in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.

For the full year, Ashok Leyland's sales remained flat at 1,95,097 units in FY25 as against 1,94,553 units in FY24.
