(Bloomberg) -- At 17.7 percent, Spain's unemployment rate is the second-highest in the euro area after Greece's. As if that's not bad enough, a contrarian look at the labor market reveals just how poor the Iberian country fares compared with its peers: One in four of the region's jobless call Spain home, while it constitutes only 14 percent of the bloc's population.
