The inaugural World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES) 2025 will take place from May 1 to May 4 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. It attempts to position India as a global media, entertainment and creative innovation hub. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is organising the event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event in Mumbai on May 1.
Bollywood celebrities who will be present at the event include big names like Aamir Khan, Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan. The event will also see the congregation of celebrities and experts from the world of entertainment, advertising and media.

WAVES Summit 2025: Ticket Prices
The following passes are available for the WAVES Summit 2025:
Business Visitor Pass: It costs Rs 3000 and provides full access from (May 1 to May 4) to exhibitions and sessions.
Public Visitor Pass: It offers access to designated public areas on May 3 and May 4. It costs Rs 99.
Student Pass (Free): It is for students and offers access to designated areas on May 3 and May 4.
Media Pass: It is meant for accredited journalists.
Exhibitor Pass: It is issued based on booth size (1 pass/3 sqm). It is included with the Rs 30,000 exhibitor fee.
