The launch of Poco F7 in India is expected this month. However, its owner, Xiaomi, is yet to confirm a release date. Ahead of the launch, e-commerce platform Flipkart has teased a promo of the upcoming smartphone, offering a sneak peek of what to expect.

Flipkart’s promo page reveals that the upcoming Poco F7 will feature a massive 7,550 mAh silicon-carbon (Si/C) battery. This is likely to position Poco F7 as the phone with the biggest battery size yet in India. Currently, the iQOO Z10 and Vivo T4 lead the market with 7,300 mAh batteries.

The teaser also suggested that Poco F7 can deliver up to 2.18 days of battery life in a single charge and it will support 90W wired charging. The model will also be equipped with 22.5W reverse wired charging, allowing it to double as a power bank for other devices.

Other details about the camera, software, or price have not been revealed in the teaser.

A report by Geekbench highlighted that the Poco F7 smartphone is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC chipset, offering smooth performance. While the phone will certainly sport 12 GB RAM, Xiaomi is expected to offer more options to the users, catering to different needs.

Earlier, some reports suggested that Poco F7 is a rebrand of Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. Xiaomi launched Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in China in April. The model comes with a massive 7,500 mAh battery. Based on this, it is expected that the Poco F7 might include features such as an AMOLED screen with a 6.83 inch size, 1TB storage and up to 16 GB RAM. The phone may come with a dual rear camera setup, including a 50 MP camera and a 20 MP selfie camera.

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro was launched at a starting price of nearly Rs 25,000. This means that Poco F7 could launch in a similar price range, appealing to users looking for budget-friendly smartphone options.
