The Poco F7 has been launched in India and is being dubbed widely as the “flagship killer” for many reasons. It boasts a gargantuan battery, powerful processor under its hood, and comes at a price tag that could give many mid-range smartphones and a few premium ones a run for their money.

The Poco F7 Indian variant houses an enormous 7,550mAh battery — the largest in any smartphone available right now — leaving even flagship phones trailing. That too housed in a slim 7.99mm form weighing 222 gm. It charges incredibly fast as well, thanks to the 90W wired fast charger.

The Poco F7 packs the flagship-grade Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. The chipset isn’t typically found in mid-range phones and can be spotted in more expensive devices like the Realme GT 7 and iQOO Neo 10. With up to 24GB of Turbo RAM (12GB physical and 12GB virtual) and a reported AnTuTu score exceeding 2.1 million, this device stands out as a formidable flagship contender when it comes to performance.

The display is just as remarkable: 6.83-inch 1.5K Amoled screen with narrow bezels, up to 120Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 3,200 nits, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, and HDR10+ compatibility.

The Poco F7 comes equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS, plus an 8MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, it boasts a 20MP shooter.

The Poco F7 is being offered in two configurations: the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version is priced at Rs 31,999 and the 12GB RAM with 512GB storage variant costs Rs 33,999. The Poco F7 is fantastically priced for its features. 

The fact that 12GB RAM is standard — which isn’t there even on many flagships — makes it a big draw when it comes to faster app switching and smooth multitasking. Add to that the impressive spec list, and a flagship-killer might truly be lurking around.
