The much delayed GTA 6 trailer 2 release date speculation is rising and fans have their own interesting views about it. And more than that, what will the expected GTA 6 gameplay be about? Check it all out here.

You must be living under a rock, if you haven’t heard about the massive delay in Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer 2 launch. And now, some previous comments by Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick have added an extra edge to the excitement as many have sought to see the meaning behind them.

Zelnick had confirmed that Rockstar will roll out GTA 6 during the Fall of 2025, but worryingly, he had added, "There's always a risk of slippage." 

However, he did say that the company feels, “really good about it (Fall 2025 launch)."

GTA 6 trailer 2: Decoded

The latest report driving fan frenzy was by 'GTA 6 Alerts' on X. It amplified a theory that predicted the second’s trailer’s launch. The theory was formulated by the popular GTA VI O'Clock show. They have now tipped GTA 6 trailer 2 release for late March or early April

The theory is based on a timeline made by comparing the marketing campaigns of GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2. They also had five- to six-month marketing campaigns ahead of the launch. Hence, GTA VI O’Clock believes that GTA 6 launch during the Fall of 2025 would mean the second trailer's release in April.

What To Expect From GTA 6 Second Trailer?

The first GTA 6 trailer was released by Rockstar Games in December 2023. It lasted 1.5 minutes and gave insights into the character of female protagonist Lucia, which is a historical first for the series. 

From GTA trailer 1, it appears that Lucia and the male lead, Jason, share a romantic connection. The game in Vice City, Rockstar's reimagined version of Miami.

For fans, expectations are that GTA 6 trailer 2 will divulge more details on the two protagonists, and their relationship.

Take Two CEO Comments of Game Launch

On the game’s potential release, Zelnick said at the earning call that the company feels “really good about it (fall 2025)." However, he acknowledged that "there's always a risk of slippage.”

“I think as soon as you say words like absolutely, you jinx things..,” he told IGN India media group.

GTA 6 Expected Gameplay Details: What We Know So Far

There are plenty of speculations about the gameplay of GTA 6. Fans expect Rockstar to continue the trend of featuring multiple playable characters, GTA Base website reported. It is already known that Lucia is set to become the first playable female protagonist in modern Rockstar history. Some reports also suggested that the game's storyline may be inspired by the infamous bank-robbing couple, Bonnie and Clyde, from the Great Depression era.

However, with new theories popping up daily, some fans humorously also commented that the trailer could drop any moment between now and the end of time.

The trailer with more than 244 million views as of today, was widely praised for its stunning graphics and storyline hints. Laser-focused fans also quickly picked up on the potential satirical digs by Take-Two on social media and influencer culture, as seen in the trailer.
