We have divided our coverage into three sections:
(1) Specialty Chemicals (2) Specialty Ingredients and (3) Other mid-caps.
Q1 FY22 expectations for our coverage universe are as follows.
From our Specialty Chemicals coverage universe, we expect companies in fluorination space, namely SRF and Navin Fluorine to continue their growth momentum in Q1 FY22, mainly led by Specialty Chemicals and CRAMS.
While SRF's packaging business growth would be led by overseas capacity, its Technical Textiles business should be under pressure on account of lockdown.
