L&T Infotech Q4 Review - Robust Revenue Growth Continues: ICICI Direct

Larsen and Toubro Infotech Ltd. reported a healthy set of Q4 FY21 numbers constant currency dollar revenues increased 4.4% quarter-on-quarter (versus our estimate of 4.5% QoQ).

However, margins declined 133 basis points QoQ to 21.9% (versus our estimate of 21.5%).

Digital (approximately 46% of revenues) grew 7.5% QoQ, 22.3% year-on-year.

The company has also won two large deals with net new total contract value of $66 million.

The company declared a dividend of Rs 25 per share.
