ICICI Securities Report
For the week ended Sept. 26, 2020, average number of departures/day increased sharply to 1,442 as compared to 1,379 in third week of September 2020 but number of fliers per departure remained steady at 95.
As per the latest data from Directorate General of Civil Aviation for the month of August 2020, number of passenger grew 34% month on month to 2.83 million.
In August 2020, all major airlines showed an improvement in passenger load factor, of which SpiceJet Ltd. reported highest passenger load factor of 76%.
As on August 2020, Indigo's market share remained steady at 59%.
