Waaree Energies Q4 Results: Profit Rises 34%
Waaree Energies' revenue grew 36.4% to Rs 4,004 crore in the quarter ended March 2025.

Waaree Energies Ltd. reported a 34% rise in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday.
India's largest solar panel manufacturer's bottomline came in at Rs 619 crore in the March quarter, as compared to Rs 461 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's consolidated revenue rose 36.4% to Rs 4,004 crore from Rs 2,936 crore in the year-ago period.
The company's order book at the end of the quarter stood at 25 GW, which has a total value of Rs 47,000 crore.

What Helped The Earnings
The company's revenue growth was driven by higher production of 2.06 GW compared to 1.35 GW during the same period in the previous fiscal. This higher production was a result of strong operational focus, as per the company. The Ebitda and margin expansion was a result of the company's topline growth.
Future Outlook
Waaree Energies' Ebitda outlook for fiscal 2026 stands in the range of Rs 5,500 crore to Rs 6,000 crore, as per Amit Paithankar, the company's whole-time director and chief executive officer.
The quality of the company's order book and execution capabilities will enable them to achieve these numbers, he added.
Before the quarterly results were declared, shares of Waaree Energies closed 8.2% higher at Rs 2,645 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.17% climb in the benchmark Nifty 50.
