Air-conditioning maker and engineering services provider Voltas is set to announce its Q3 results this week, the company has said. Part of the Tata Group, Voltas is India's largest air conditioning company according to its website.
It offers a diverse range of cooling and home appliances including air conditioners, coolers, air purifiers, refrigerators and washing machines among others. Voltas has a market cap of nearly Rs 47,000 crore.

Voltas Ltd. in a filing to the stock exchanges on Jan. 24 said that it will declare the Q3 financial results of the company on Wednesday, Jan. 29.
"We inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 29th January, 2025 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024," it said.
Voltas has also scheduled a group conference call with investors and analysts where its senior management will discuss the quarter's performance under review. The conference call will be held on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 4:30 p.m., the company said in a separate filing on Jan. 27.
Pradeep Bakshi (Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer), Jitender P. Verma (Chief Financial Officer), Nikhil R. Chandarana (Head Corporate Finance) and Vaibhav Vora (Head Treasury) will represent the company in the conference call.

Voltas Ltd. reported a more than two-fold increase in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 132.83 crore for the September quarter. This compares to a profit of Rs 35.65 crore in the same period last year. The company's revenue from operations rose 14.23% to Rs 2,619.11 crore, up from Rs 2,292.75 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
