In a stock exchange filing dated May 27, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 30 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 2025.

Vodafone Idea Q3 Results
The company’s net loss narrowed to Rs 6,609.3 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to a loss of Rs 6,985.9 crore in Q3 FY24. Revenue from operations rose 4.2% year-on-year to Rs 11,117.3 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 10,673.1 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses declined 2.5% YoY to Rs 17,973.6 crore in the December quarter from Rs 18,439.1 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
