Q4 Results 2025 Today: NMDC, Bharat Dynamics, LIC Among 300+ Companies To Declare Earnings On May 27

Dividend declarations are also expected to be made by many companies during the upcoming Board meetings.

Prominent public sector companies, including the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) and Bharat Dynamics Ltd., are among 334 firms scheduled to declare their quarterly and full-year financial results on May 27.

These companies will declare earnings for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2025. Apart from LIC and Bharat Dynamics, other leading players scheduled to declare Q4 and FY25 results include NMDC, JK Lakshmi Cement and Hindustan Copper.

Alongside earnings, investors will look for fresh commentary on FY26 guidance, sectoral outlook, macroeconomic challenges and capital allocation plans. Dividend declarations are also expected to be made by many companies during the upcoming Board meetings.

NMDC Q3 Results (Consolidated, YoY)

NMDC reported a 21% year-on-year rise in consolidated revenue to  Rs 6,567 crore in Q3FY25, compared to Rs 5,409 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit surged 27% YoY to Rs 1,881.96 crore in the December quarter, compared to Rs 1,483.93 crore in the same period a year ago. EBITDA increased 18% to Rs 2,372 crore, up from Rs 2,007 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. The EBITDA margin in Q3FY25 slightly dipped to 36.11% from 37.1%.

Bharat Dynamics Q3FY25 Results (Standalone, YoY) 

Bharat Dynamics reported a 34% YoY rise in standalone revenue to Rs 799 crore from Rs 596 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal. Its net profit increased 8.8% YoY to Rs 147 crore in the third quarter of FY25, compared to Rs 135 crore in the same period of the previous financial year. Its EBITDA improved marginally to Rs 127 crore in Q3FY25 from Rs 119 crore in the year-ago quarter. However, the EBITDA margin declined to 15.3% in Q3 from 19.8% in the year-ago quarter.

LIC Q3FY25 Results (Consolidated, YoY)

LIC reported a consolidated net premium income of Rs 1.07 lakh crore in Q3FY25, down 8.62% YoY against Rs 1.17 lakh crore in Q3FY24. However, net profit rose 16% to Rs 11,008 crore in Q3 compared to Rs 9,469 crore in the year-ago period. Total Annualised Premium Equivalent (APE) dropped 24% to Rs 9,950 crore, while the Value of New Business (VNB) fell 27% YoY to Rs 1,926 crore in the December quarter. Its VNB margin, a measure of profitability for life insurers, stood at 19.35% in Q3FY25, compared to 20.01% a year ago.

JK Lakshmi Cement Q3FY25 Results (Standalone, YoY)

JK Lakshmi Cement reported a revenue of Rs 1,373.29 crore in Q3 FY25, marking a 13% YoY decline from Rs 1,586 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s net profit fell sharply by 52% to nearly Rs 60 crore in the December 2024 quarter, compared to Rs 124 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.

Hindustan Copper Q3FY25 Results (Consolidated, YoY)

In Q3FY25, Hindustan Copper posted nearly flat consolidated net profit at Rs 62.9 crore compared to Rs 63 crore in Q3FY24. The revenue from operations in Q3FY25 slipped to Rs 327 crore, down from Rs 399 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting an 18% YoY decline. During the quarter under review, EBITDA was reported at Rs 108 crore, up 0.9% against Rs 107 crore. Meanwhile, EBITDA margin improved to 32.8% in the quarter under review, from 26.7% in Q3 FY24.
