PNB Housing Finance Q4 Results: Profit Jumps 28%
The company's board also cleared a final dividend payment of Rs 5 per share for FY25.

PNB Housing Finance Ltd.'s standalone net profit rose 28% in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25.
The home loan provider posted a standalone net profit of Rs 567.1 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Total income for the quarter under review rose 13% to Rs 2,045.3 crore, according to its exchange filing on Monday.
The margin widened to 27.74% in the December quarter versus 24.57% in year-ago period.
The company’s board, which approved the lender’s financial results on Monday, also cleared a final dividend payment of Rs 5 per share for FY25.
The financier's disclosure added that the trading window for dealing in its shares will open for designated persons from April 30, 2025, according to the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the provisions of the SEBI Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto.
Earlier in April, the company had informed via stock exchange filings that its business head, Anujai Saxena, had resigned "to pursue [an] opportunity outside of the organisation".
That disclosure had also added that Valli Sekar, the lender's chief sales and collections officer of affordable business, will also manage the product portfolio from May 20, 2025.
Shares of PNB Housing Finance Ltd. closed 1.34% higher at Rs 983.90 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 1.27% advance in the benchmark Sensex. The housing finance company announced the results after the stock markets had closed for Monday.
