The Board will also consider matters related to the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.

In the third quarter of FY25, the net profit surged 47% year-on-year to Rs 917.64 crore from Rs 622.95 crore in the same period in the previous fiscal. Total revenue from operations rose by 17% to Rs 4,796.8 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 4,100.08 crore in the year-ago quarter. The company reported a 16% increase in total income to Rs 4,799.45 crore in Q3 FY25 compared to Rs 4,137 crore in Q3 FY24.
