LTIMindtree has stated in an exchange filing that a meeting of the company’s board of directors will be held on Wednesday, April 23. The board will review, approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with the statutory auditor's audit report.
The Board will also consider the proposal for recommending a final dividend on the equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, during the same meeting.

LTIMindtree Q3 Results
LTIMindtree reported a 13% sequential decline in net profit for the quarter ending December 2024, missing the consensus estimates of analysts tracked by Bloomberg. The company's net profit stood at Rs 1,086.7 crore, lower than the Bloomberg estimate of Rs 1,144 crore.
The revenue from operations grew by 2.4% compared to the previous quarter, reaching Rs 9,660.9 crore, slightly above the Rs 9,649 crore consensus estimate. The company's earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) decreased by 9% to Rs 1,328.9 crore, compared to Rs 1,458.2 crore in the previous quarter, missing the estimate of Rs 1,367 crore. The EBIT margin stood at 13.8%, lower than the previous quarter's 15.5%, and also below the estimated 14.17%.
