Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is scheduled to announce the results for the fourth quarter and full financial year 2024-25 this week.

LIC Q4 Results: Date And Dividend Details
In an exchange filing dated May 19, LIC said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 27 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for FY25.
LIC Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI guidelines to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons from April 1 to May 29, the insurance firm informed the stock exchanges.

LIC Q3 Results
LIC reported a 16.26% year-on-year (YoY) rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 11,008.65 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 9,468.99 crore in Q3 FY24. Its net premium income declined 8.6% YoY to Rs 1,07,302.3 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,17,431.94 crore in the year-ago period. Total income fell 4.8% YoY to Rs 2,02,930.68 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,13,159.40 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
LIC Share Price History
LIC shares have gained 1.15% in the past five trading sessions, while rising 8.68% in the past month. However, in the last six months, the insurance stock has dropped 3.72%. In the last one year, the stock has plunged nearly 15.69%, while declining nearly 3% year-to-date.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 1,222 apiece on the NSE on Aug. 1, 2024. It touched a 52-week low of Rs 715.30 on March 3, 2025.
At 11:30 a.m. on Monday, LIC shares were trading 1.46% up at Rs 872.85 apiece on the NSE. This compares to a 0.48% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
