Gravita India Q3 Results: Profit Jumps 30%, Revenue Soars 32%

Gravita India Ltd.'s net profit rose 30% to Rs 77.9 crore in the quarter ended Dec. 30, 2024, of the current financial year as compared to Rs 60.3 crore for the same period last fiscal.
Revenue soared 32% to Rs 996 crore in the October–December quarter from Rs 757 crore in the year-ago period.
The recycling firm's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose to Rs 80.7 crore, a 0.8% rise for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 80.3 crore for the same quarter in the previous fiscal 2024.

Gravita's board of directors approved the re appointment of Yogesh Malhotra as the whole-time director-cum chief executive officer of the company.
It also considered the appointment of Shikha Sharma as a non-executive independent director that is require the approval from the shareholders.
Shares of Gravita India closed 0.83% lower at Rs 2,169.40 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.57% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50. The share price has risen 124.25% in the last 12 months.
All the six analysts tracking the company maintain a 'buy' rating on the stock, according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price targets implies a potential upside of 38.6%.
